tonight we did 5X1000 repeats at the track-
felt pretty good and wanted to run 3.35 average which was about 10 sec faster than last time.
ran with Des and Clint.

5: 3:17
Then did 5X200 sprints and 70 crunches
I hit this one right, and only felt really bad during last 200 of last 1000 and during the 200's
Good time for temp and time of year. Ankle feels fine. met the goal. On to long run.
